At check-in, you will be asked to:

- to sign a contract

CITY TAX:
Tourist tax of 2.30 per person per night for a maximum of 7 days, to be paid in cash upon arrival.
SauzeMonAmour: tourist tax is included in daily cost

NO REFUND RATE
Guests will pay the full charge if they cancel their reservation at any time after booking.
No-shows will also imply paying for the whole charge.

STANDARD RATE
Guests can cancel their booking free of charge up to the 15th day before arrival. They will pay the full charge from the 14th day or less before arrival.
No-shows will also imply paying for the whole charge.

WEEKLY TARIFF FOR SAUZEMONAMOUR
If the guest cancels 30 days or less before their arrival, they will pay the whole charge. No-shows also imply paying the whole charge.

MONTHLY RATE:
Tenants should provide a damage deposit of one month's worth of rent, which will not be used as payment but will be refunded upon leaving if there are no damages. Any damages revealed during the checkout inspection will be charged and deducted from this deposit.
Cancellation of reservations made 15 days before arrival will be refunded in full. From the 14th day to the reservation date, a month's rent will be deducted from the refund as a cancellation fee. In case of cancellation during your stay, the next 30 days of rent will be deducted from the refund. If the leftover stay days are less than 30, there will be no refund available.

- It is forbidden to organize such kinds of events on the premises, which can disturb the neighbors and common order especially past 22.00.
